Your holiday contract
When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. You must be at least 21 years old to make a booking with us. Your booking is final once a deposit of 25% of the total sum has been transferred (you may fax or email a copy of the transfer receipt) or paid by credit card. When the booking is made withing 12 weeks before departure, the full amount must be paid before we can confirm your booking.

Paying for your holiday
We ask to pay a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the price of the villa. The remaining balance must be paid at least twelve weeks before departure. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card (most credit cards accepted, no American Express).
If you fail to pay in full twelve weeks before departure your holiday will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.

If you change your booking
If, after confirmation of your reservation, you wish to change your booking in any way, for example your chosen arrival or departure date, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible.

If you cancel your holiday
To cancel the booking, you will have to send us a cancellation letter by email, fax or post. Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your letter. If you cancel after we confirm your booking, you must compensate us for losses, as we incur costs from the moment you make the booking. The closer your cancellation is to the departure date, the less likely we are to recover the costs by re-booking the villa. Our cancellation charges therefore increase as the departure date approaches, as shown below. If you have to cancel for a reason covered by your insurance policy, you should be able to recover the cancellation charges. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned.

The following cancellation charges apply:
More than 12 weeks prior to departure – loss of deposit
42 – 29 days prior to departure 50% of the total sum
28 – 22 days prior to departure 70% of the total sum
21 – 15 days prior to departure 90% of the total sum
14 – 0 days prior to departure 100% of the total sum

Use of your accommodation
Staying overnight is reserved exclusively for the number of people the booking was made for and no other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless this has been agreed with us in writing. On departure you should leave the accommodation in a reasonably clean and tidy condition so that we can efficiently prepare it for our next guests. If additional cleaning has been necessary, a charge will be made locally or an invoice will be sent to you on your return. Damage caused by one of the guests will be charged locally.

Behaviour
At all times during your holiday, you are expected to have consideration for your fellow passengers and other third parties. If in our opinion, you are or appear to be behaving in such a way as to cause, or to be likely to cause, danger, distress, annoyance or damage to the property or the neighbours, we may terminate your holiday arrangements. In this situation, we will have no further liability to you and will not be responsible for meeting any expenses you incur as a result, making any refund or paying any compensation. In addition, you will be responsible for any expenses we incur as a result of your behaviour.

Rental Car
In the summer holiday bookings a basic rental car is included in the price. We will provide you with a car that suits your party within reasonable limits. If you wish to upgrade to a larger car, you shall pay the price difference.

Airport Transfers
If possible, book your flight to Pafos International Airport. This airport is a little over an hour driving away from your holiday villa. Larnaca International Airport is approximately 2 ½ hours driving. We will either collect and bring you to the airport or leave your rental car so you can drive yourself. In order to arrange the transfers, you will provide us with the flight numbers.

In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements we need to use the information you provide such as name, email address, etc. We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information.
